A place for slow, warm evenings

Cozy Northumbrian started from a simple idea: that sometimes what you need most is just somewhere warm to settle. A crackling fire on the screen, a mug in your hands, and an hour where nothing is expected of you.

I live in Northumberland with my husband Karl and our daughter Maddi, and there is something about this part of England that lends itself to cosiness. The long winters, the moorland mist, the way the light turns golden in autumn, it all makes you want to slow right down.

So that is what the channel is. Long ambient videos, made with care, for the moments when you want the atmosphere of a warm room without having to leave your own. Fireplaces. Cottage kitchens. Falling snow. The odd seasonal celebration. All filmed and produced with Northumberland quietly in the background.

Pip the cozy wisp showed up early on. A little glowing companion who drifts through the scenes, keeping watch. Maddi named her. She has been with us ever since.
